Hi,
We booked a cargo for Manzanillo, Panama through Mac Nels container lines Pvt. Ltd..But they issued a BL with wrong delivery agent in Mexico (INTERTEAM). When we informed them, they issued correct BL.
That means they changed the delivery agent details in HBL not in master BL.
Finally cargo was reached in Mexico instead of Panama in Aug, 2017.
Mac Nels did't take good initiative to send the cargo in proper destination.
We did't get any reimbursement from Mac Nels.
Would it be beneficial for us if we take any legal step?
