Can an institution impose any section of code of conduct that is prepared after passing the institution? If not then can a mental harrasment case be filed on that institution?

Can an institution impose any section of code of conduct that is prepared after passing the institution? If not then can a mental harrasment case be filed on that institution?

Dear Friend,
For the better functioning of Institution they can make code of conduct, and you are supposed to abide by the same. Yes, the only requirement of such code of conduct is, it should be in written form.
