Writting mails in the absence of employee by employer by employee name

Employer writting a mails by employee name to banks without informing / knowledge to employee in his absence  . what action can employee taken against such employer?  Is it a breach of trust.

If the employee do not want to continue to be employed under the untrustworthy employer, he can very well collect evidence about this mischief and lodge a criminal complaint against the employer for the offences of breach of trust, impersonation, forgery, fraud, cheating and any other section to fix the employer. 

He can also notify the bank about this fraudulent activity of the employer and can disclaim the liabilities that may arise later on due to this fraudulent activity
