Writ petition

Is it possible for a victim to submit a writ petition to the High Court with the intention of obtaining two forms of relief: a directive for the registration of an FIR and compensation for mental distress and legal costs, as a result of the police’s initial refusal to file an FIR?

If this is possible, does it require separate submissions or can both requests be included in a single filing?

No writ is maintainable because the remedy for this available with the judicial magistrate court in the local by filing a petition under section 156(3) cr.p.c.
