writ petition

Is it better to give Supreme Court Judgement as reference while preparing grounds in writ petition for High Court
Or is it better to give Supreme court judgement as reference in arguments.

Kindly give your valuable suggestions.

आप जजमेंट को रिट पिटीशन में भी उल्लेखित कर सकते हैं और आन कोर्ट भी दे सकते हैं जो आपको बैहतर लगे

Dear Rahul,
you can give a reference at any time i.e at the time of drafting or while arguing on first date for admission or at the time of final argument, there is no boundation but...
if you think that your case to poor to get notice before the Hon'ble High Court, kindly do mention case reference or citation while drafting Writ petition. you know your case better than me, or you tell me about your case, I'll help you..
you may contact me on onpandeyad@gmail.com or 9956486585
