Writ petition. 

Cause i been framed in false dowry case. 

Its been 17 months so far police not filing chargesheet , no progress at all. 

Deceided to go writ petition. 

i want to know how and what precautions should i take while filing this?

would this be any helpful?

either article 226 or 227
