Writ petition

I had bought a land a paid a huge amount to seller. Now they created a third party. I sent several notice to the seller and then senior inspector and then commisioner, last in Jan 2014. But no action initiated.

Can I file Writ petition for cheating and breach of trust on seller in Bombay HC. What is process? Should I have to send notice again?

Experts ! Please advice?

Writ a complaint to commissioner and senior officers or file a complaint. Writ is not a good option now.Advocate Kapil Chandna. 9899011450
