@ Mr. Ganesh- Any Writ Petition whether civil or criminal is drafted in the following manner:

1. Brief facts in chronological order leading to the filing of the petition.

2. Legal Grounds: For instance in a Writ of Habeas Corpus Article 14, 19 and 21 of the constitution of India are violated.

3. Jurisdiction

4. Decleration that no similar writ petition has been filed before any other Court.

5. Prayer: Its basically the relief you are seeking from the court.
