LATERS PATENT APPEAL  AS A LEGAL REMEDY CAN BE FILED  AT HIGH COURT AGAINST THE  ORDER  IN WRIT PETITION .IT WILL BE HEARD BY THE DIVISION BENCH OF THE HIGH COURT.
