NO, if she is able to maintain herself at a standard at par with what she was having while living with you in her matrimonial home. Otherwise she can still claim if there is a very big difference in your salaries.

my salary is Rs.12708/- pm , and she is earning Rs.12972/- pm
after that she can demand maintance...?
and what is means stand standard of living!
if she wants TAJ MAHAL i cannot afford it...

If you can prove it, you have a strong case to defend ur self
but it doesn't mean that she cann't file a case against you.

Whatever it be but u have to prove that thing na....
court will not go to see whether ur wife work in anywhere or not
You yourself is not sure where ur wife work (SBI or State bank of Patiala)
