Working experience

I am joining a new MNC in Noida, in my resume i did not mention my last job experience i.e. for only one month but provident fund deposit in my UAN Account, can my new company take any action against me, I am female my previous boss behaviour not good so I left that job and did not show that one month experience.

It depends upon the internal policies of the company. More than the lhe law, morality matters. Be honest with the present employer, if an explanation is sought for.

Since you cannot claim experience of one month in any way with the new employer, the one month employment will not be a hinderance to your new employment.

You can continue with the existing PF account itself through the new employer, there is no problem in that regard.

You can be questioned about your PF account which you had opened while working with previous employer which you have concealed, obvious it is concealment of facts which may create problem in your new assignement/ job.
