The court has given the following order under exhibit-5 in our favour on 13-Jan-2011. The order copies were received on 31-Jan-2011. The order states as follows,
1. The application is allowed
2. The respondent no. 1 (The builder Kores) is temporarily restrained from carrying out the construction of building no 16 till the decision of the appeal
3. Consider the nature of the litigation the hearing of this MCA 102/10 is expedited.
Despite this the builder has started the construction. Whats the remedy in such case ? We have already sent him the intimation that he must obey the Court orders.
