Can a accused party obtain copy of the complaint filed by the girl in women cell?

Hi Jeevesh,

If the above said process does not work.The next option you can try is to approach the Concerned Court to which the Women cell Jurisdiction comes and ask the Bench Clerk ( Manage ) to get a copy by telling the name of the Complainant and the Accused and take a xerox copy of the FIR.
