Witness Summons- Police not issuing

As per our request Court has ordered a witness summons to my wifes office in ongoing Domestic Violence Act. The summons was ordered but seems my wife bribed the concerned police officer and managed not to send it. The summons was finaly not sent and now the court asked for reissue of summons as that order got expired. Do i again have to pay Bhatta and procedure fees ? Also what can be done to make sure the summons is issued. What action can be taken against the police officer if he doesnt act on it this time?

if the court has ordered fresh summons you have to pay batta once again. you can also ask for the summons to be sent by registered post.

you may also get it served by comissioner
