Witness signed the wrong place in Lic bond paper

Hi Everyone,

i Had a LiC bond prepared on a 100 RS stamp paper for my mother who is the applicant.  The witness has wrongly signed under the applicant's area instead of witness area.  Should I need a new stamp paper or can it be struck off and resigned.  Will the notary have a problem notorizaing it, because of this?
