This is bring to your kind notioce that my wife had transfered her family property without my knowledge to her brother. The partician made by her perents at the time of our marriage. I was working in Dubai at that time she transfered the property to her brother. After I come to know that my wife said that it is my property I can do whatever I want to do. I have a son now he is going to complete 18 years older on in October 2015. Sir, please let me know as a Husband I don't have any liability on her property. This land first she transfered to her brother then it is transfered to her brother in law name.
Please let me know if I go to Court, can I do anything to get back the property on my son name. Please advise suitable solutions so that I can go as per your advice.
