If wife wants to withdraw the Domestic Violence case against her her husband , what is the procedure to be followed

She wants to withdraw because she knows she is going to be defeated, use this opportunity to overpower her in the case

If she has agreed to withdraw the case under the said act, she may make her intention to the court by filing a memo to this effect, she may take the help of her lawyer for proceeding further.

Dear Querist,

if she is ready to withdraw then she should appear before the court to show her intentions to the hon'ble court, to record her statement and after that verify her identity, the court pass an order for withdrawal of the case.
