Withdrawal of resignation

I was in probation period in railway. I resigned from job with 14 days notice period. After 10 months my resignation has not been accepted. Can i withdraw my resignation and rejoin service

Resignation is not accepted means you are continuing in the service so the withdrawal of service does not arise.

Yes sir they said resignation is pending with higher authorities

Your service is continue till resignation is officially accepted by authorities.

If so, you may joind duty after submitting application for leave for the period of absence.

what do you mena by re-joini?

since resignation is not accepted you are in service and at lberty to withdraw

After submitting a resignation you continue to attend to your duties until the resignation is accepted. Hence there is no question of rejoining duty or any leave of absence. If the resignation is not accepted within reasonable time you just submit a letter withdrawing resignation. The ball is in the employer's court.

If you want tpo cpontinue in service then you must withdraw the resignation or selse they can accept the resignation any time, after any lengrth of service and render you without terminal dues.
