Sir, i'm working in the govt degree college as a Lecturer (contract). my extention order was delayed 1 month but it was came with the next date of the completion of the tenure. I did all the works including examination, teaching etc during the waiting period (22/02/2011 to 01/04/2011) but my head in not sending my attendance of the said waiting period for the release of salary while other contract lecturer of the other deparment with the same situation got their salary.

You need to write a letter to the Head of the College and CC to The Vice Chancellor of the University about the non payment of the salary. if you have any proof of attendance kindly annex the same in your letter asking them to release your salary within next 15 days.
Incase they fail to do so, then you send a legal notice through an Advocate.
