I booked an apartment with a builder by paying 15%. But the construction hasn't commenced even 2 years down the line.
Builder refuses to pay back and allow withdrawal. How can I withdraw ? Can I claim any interest amount also ?

Thanks for your guidance. But the apprehension is that the civil suit will be a long drawn process stretching for years. Doesn't this fall within the purview of consumer court, which I hear is a shorter path ?
