Withdraw of dvc by my wife

Hi, My wife filed false 498A and DVC in the month of August 2015 and DVC is withdrawn by her last week while it was Petitioner Cross Examination stage & 498A is still NOTICE stage. Can she revoke the withdrawn DVC again in future? What is the time bound if she can revoke that case?

Hello vikhasaa if wife once withdraw her case and she start to live with his husband again so in that case she could not file case again on same ground but you could not get any thing in written or force to withdraw her again

Mukesh Sharma ji,

I didn't force her to withdraw any case and I am not going to take her back. It was her personal or parents issue that she withdrawn Domestic Violence Case as it was baseless. I am fear of it that can she revoke the same case again? if yes, within what time duration?
