withdraw of 498/406

Wife wants to withdraw 498 against me on the basis of mcd filed between us.is it necessary to take bail when she herself wants to withdraw the case.pls advice

You can quash this case in high court but cannot withdraw or else just tell her to submit through the cross-examination and just get into a positive note and tell i dnt knw what happened about this case.
