Wish to fire a rouge employee

Hi,

I have a branch manager in Orissa who I hired last July. Theres no contract with him or agreement signed. He has misappropiated company funds and leaked important company papers to rival people. He is also doing side business

He is also harrasing junior staff  thus I wish to fire him immdly. Pls tell me how to go about it.

Hi 

Please check your terms and conditions of appointment order. Please conduct a inquiry by appointing a local advocate as inquiry officer record evidence and terminate his services. If his criminal charge proved like leaking important information and  misappropaition  of money lodge a police complaint by  taking guidance from a  lawyer.
