Will value

There is a "will" written by my grand father on 12-10-2015 which is registered one, and again he written one more "will" on 13-10-2015 which is unregistered, please guide me which "will" have value in court, he expired on 14-10-2015, he belongs to kakinada, east godavari, andhrapradesh???

You didn't mention why he had written his will one day after his first will and why he didn't registered it, had you seen the second will is it signed by him and attested by two witnesses, generally the value of registered is more than unregustered will, unregistered will always create problem and anyone who is not benifitted or less benifitted as per his expectation challenged the authenticity of the will .

Last will shall prevail and registeration of will is optional not compulsory, but to avoid long legal battle in court, it is advised to register subsequent will.
