Will testament

Dear Sir/Madam,

My grand parents who are foreign nationals (lived and died in India) had written a Will Testament stating that their house in Indai will be transfered to four childred after their death. The Will was well registered in India and other childred do not have any rights to claim this house. All childred are of foreign nationals of indian origins and some childred live in India. One of the child stated in the Will is married to an indian national.

Now my questions,

Does Indian law permit to disinherit children?

Can other children claim for the house using the foreign law i.e., the law in their home country does not allow parents to disinherit children. All should be equally shared among children equally. Can the foreign law apply in India just because all the children are foreign nationals.

Can the house be transfered to the four children names mentioned in the WILL? If yes what is the procedure to follow.

Thank you for your valuable replies.

Regards,

Anand
