If you have been harmed and injuries caused to you then you can give a complaint accordingly to the local police station,.
The police will take care of the sections and other provisions of law based on the complaint made.

If you got the injury and threat by the offender then you can give your complain to the police , police will register it u/s 323 / 506 ipc .
