Let your lawyer write it for you. Registration of a will is not compulsory.

Ans 1 - yes anyone can write will of his self owned property.

Ans 2 - it is not mendatory to get it ragstd....even a non rgstd will have same effect...!!

Ans 3 - he can orally inform any of his close member, keep it in his documents, can give a copy of it to his lawyer etc.

Ans 4 - there is no expiry date of a will.....a person can change his will any no of times and after his death...the last will which was made by him will prevail.

Ans 5 - the will which was written lastly will prevail.

there is no particular format for writting a will...it can be written in any form ....!!
