Will in case of minor brother

Can a Elder Sister Make a will to His Younger Brothers

And How the Will is Written Pls Provide me Format of Will

Quick Summary
Yes, an elder sister who is the absolute owner of a property can indeed make a will in favour of her younger brother, even if he is a minor. The will should include a clause appointing a guardian to manage the minor's interests until they reach adulthood. While a general format cannot be provided here, consulting a senior document writer or a lawyer is recommended for proper drafting, as the will's validity will be governed by the testator's personal laws.

Any person can execute a Will in favour of anyone. Consult a senior Document Writer or a lawyer who drafts documents. Formates cannot be supplied here.

A property can be bequeathed by a Will by anyone to anyone.

If the beneficiary is a minor a clause appointing a guardian to the minor beneficiary during its minority would take care of the interest of minor beneficiary.

I concur with the opinion and advise of experts.

However, the will shall be governed by personal laws of testator.
