How to write a WILL in case of properties in the name of Husband and wife.

If one writes will then another's consent is necessary.

If one's share in the joint property is defined, then one can will one's share. If one's share is not defined, one can assert one's share with history, reason and evidence and then bequeath the same. The will could be contested. Then court will have to decide.
