Will for properties in delhi/ncr region.

Experts,

Would you please share your expertise with me?

Can a will be registered in Delhi for properties in NCR region (Noida & Gurgaon)?

My father has three properties- One in Delhi where we resides, one in Noida and one in Gurgaon.  He wants to create a single WILL for these 3 properties?  Can he get his will registered in Delhi?

yes u can make a single will for separate property at different place.
