Whether the witnesses of a registered Will (registered about 27 years back) can withdraw as they do not want to be party to Probate Case filed now.

no they can't.
Since the document is going for probate, they can't withdraw as a witnesses. what would be the problem if they remain as a witnesses for the will which is going for probate?????

afterlong27yrshow some one can withdraw as witness.?once signed with full sense and testater seen you signed it is absolute.dr sc pratihar
