I have a question about the property located in mumbai Mr. A was stayed in Babulnath long since 1930 as a tenant for more than 20 years, later he died. He is having 5 daughters from which one is died in sep 2011, her name is Mrs.B which is unmarried. When Mr A died his property transfered to mrs.B. Now Bs nephew made a will in that will all the property previously belong to Mr.A which is heritatry transfer to B is transfered by B to her nephew. Is it legally right? or wrong ? is there any solution to fight against the will? how? please let me know. Because Mrs.Bs sisters wanted to fight for the legal right for all.
