Can somebody make his son an executor of will. The son is also beneficiary in will.

Yes, it is legally possible for a benificiary (the father's son) to be the executor of the will. However, depending upon the subject matter of the will, it's often advised to not make a beneficiary an executor as well, to avoid any possible conflict of interests.

as said by Adv. Raveena. it is better to make executor a person to whom you do not want to make beneficiary of your properties.
