Will

Respected sir, My grandmother made a two will in the Year 2006 and 2016 in the year 2006 she made a will in favour of her Daughter in law and in the year 2016 she made another will in the favour of her three sons. I want to know which will is valid after her death she was expired on Oct, 2016. Validity of the will after her death. Thank you

The latest will be consider as valid only if it is properly done as per procedure established by law.

My Aunt Submitted the copy of old Will with my gradmother death certificate downloaded from NDMC website for the registration of her name in the land record but the latest will made by grandmother is in the favour of their three sons. So, what I can do for the above inconvenience. Thank you
