Hello everyone,
Wife wants a 500 sq ft in Mumbai after deserting me. I remeber reading a article over a year ago in one of the major newspapers about a judgement passed by Delhi HC stating that a woman cannot ask such a demand and she will be bound to stay in a residence if any provided by husband in the city where he leaves, Also they brought the point that the cost of such a aparment would be extremely prohibitive and no middle class person would afford it in a metro.
Can anyone please forward a copy of this judgement?
