Wife tried to murder her justice husband - arrested u/s 307

Here judge is taking advantage of his position and applying his judicial mind for some gains best known to him.  otherwise running from back door and filling FIR is difficult to digest. If her motive would have been to set him on fire then she could have done this while he was asleep. Also why back door was open?

Off course domestic issues cannot be decided easily by courts, the way it decides. Intelligence based investigation is needed.

- Several wives did the same thing, they are reliable but when a husband did it – it is unreliable!

Several contradictory statements are there.

According to the husband – Wife is the thrower of petrol on him.

According to the wife – She is the thrower of petrol on her by herself.

According to the elder girl – Mother (the wife) is the thrower of petrol on father (the husband).

According to the younger son – Mother is the thrower of petrol on father.

Against these contradictory statements, husband’s reply to the media is – When mother met the elder daughter after return on bail, she taught the daughter, lie. Wife denied all.

A few advocates, the local MLA, the opposition leader all supporting wife, against this, judges reply to media is – as he is a strict principled person and always seen the interest of the parties, therefore a section of advocates went against him, to fulfill the personal grudge.

However, it is coming out from the statement of both the husband and wife that, they were living an unhappy matrimony, long days back.
