Hi
My wife took couple of my belongings last year after filing a false 498.
The police found that it was false and asked her to leave the house(we were in a rented house,i was asked to stay out till the issue closes).
while leaving, she took my belongings.
is there a possibility of sending a legal notice to her asking to return it back?
I have already filed a divorce case.
pls advice.

If you issued the legal notice she will say definately I have not taken.

You are reminded too late to take any effective legal action. I would suggest against it.

Can i send a legal notice in this regrad,my divorce petition s still pending since judge is not appointed.
