1. It is a in-sensible act of father to report about their marital differences to school Head impromptu without any valid paper work.


2. The Head of institution should report the matter to Jurisdiction Police Station.


3. The Head of the Institution should insist Police Report True Copy from father of the Child specifically mentioned therein that the mother of the child has ran away from home and/or deserted the children / husband respectively on that day when father of child visits the School.


4. Allow the child / children to go home as soon as possible when school closes with grand parents only.


5. The father needs to give fresh Statement of taking child / children from school to home at the Police Station followed by he leaving for home and sending grandparents to give their Statements of similar wordings at Jurisdiction Police Station all these shall be done on same day when incident took place.


6. All Diary Entries True Copy of respective Statements to be given to School head and are enough for Head of Institution in case of any Court case by either parents to defend them.


7. The child / children should not be sent to the police station while reporting of mater are being done there nor police should be called in uniform to Institution in front of the child / children by the Head of the Institution to seek intervention on the spot in such sensitive matters.


8. Only female police personal are assigned to deal when such matter may come up.
