wife not giving proper access to kid

kids school is not given acess only video call that to is not proper.
case going on for 3 yrs no access no decision from court

Have you been granted visitation rights by the Court of jurisdiction ?

What is reason for not (NOT) allowing access to your children ?

Did you consult your lawyer ? If so, what is his / her opinion/ advise ? If not why ? However, if you have lost faith in your lawyer change him / her immediatly and engage another local prudent lawyer for necessary analyses of facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
