Wife hiding facts on employment

Wife''s current Employment status as Self Employed proved by Husband on basis of documents submitted wrt appointment as Director of a Company.

Husband has no proof of income due to this employment. Wife has stated in Interim Application that she is Housewife, but thats not true. It is evident that a company which is trading would generate income but court not acting... Wife is qualified CA who worked earlier to marriage for 6yrs.

Court is not directing wife to clarify her stand on employment status and savings she held in bank (as admitted by her in her petition) .

How can court support wife to hide these facts and pressurize husband for Interim Maintenance ? . How does husband enforce producing these documents legally through court ??

Whats the legal issue here? The burden of proof lies on the husband and till proven contrary, wife is entitled for maintenance. Court will only hear both sides and the courts only enforce the act.

Husband has already submitted evidences of her appointment as Director of company , company details , address from ministry of corporate affairs. Now husband does not have her bank statements

Why cant court direct wife to submit her ITR returns or bank statements , when the husband has already produced his details.
