Wife has written incorrect name in her interim maintenance

Hi experts,

My wife left my house on 20.09.2018. she had filed DV case against me and my family on 7.11.2019.

she had filed interim maintenance application on 25.12.2019. her maiden name is Ms. Priyanka Akash Pawar and married name is Mrs. Priyanka Ravi Jadhav. in her interim maintenance application where she has undersigned the application, she has mentioned her name as Mrs. Priyanka Ravi Pawar. Is there any legal action I can take against her?

Quick Summary
A husband is seeking legal recourse after his wife used an incorrect name, 'Mrs. Priyanka Ravi Pawar', on her interim maintenance application, instead of her correct married name, 'Mrs. Priyanka Ravi Jadhav'. She also attached a salary slip showing her maiden name. While initially advised that legal action might not be possible due to a potential typo, the husband is inquiring further about the salary slip discrepancy.

Hello,

Legal action cannot be taken. This may be a typing mistake.
