Wife has married/in living relation with out decrre of dv

Could you please suggest what case one should lodge if wife is not staying since the past 4 years and with out divorce she is living with some one else ( married/live in).( no evidence yet) She is so cunning that she has hidden her identify from every one excluding her parents...
