Hi All
Wife had Filed RCR and after 1 month she had Filed 498A.
1). Present status is 498A is charge sheet completed, charges not yet framed.
2) in RCR we have completed her Cross, and her father had Filed Affidivit, and he is not appereing for Cross examination, Their Adv is telling till some Interm Maintanence is Passed he will not come for Cross examination.
3) what if RCR is in her Favour, what are the implication i have if i dont comply to that order.
Pls suggest.

press for NO CROSS of her father & get his evidence closed.
is any amount granted to her in her sec. 24 application ? havent u paid the amount ? if u have not paid, u have to pay to proceed.

No need to pay if she is earning or working some where just collect her working evidence or tell , produce the document of her working before going from your home also prove that her father have sufficient money to appear in the court with her as they are rich enough to contest the case
