Wife got married with another person in diffrend idedity.

My friend was in abroad for last 6years,he got registred married under christian marriage act from court before he leaves for abroad, In between he came once and things were going on later he had some family issues with his father in law, they have hide the girls and and broken the connection with him,later he came to know that his father in law has filed false cases aganist him and she got married with another person in another name in far away location.He has the copy of marriage certificate,that is the only proof he has.His father in law is rich and threten him to harm life and put him in jail using his high influence.

I would like to know now,what he has to do with the false case and marriage?

He may file case of bigamy on her wife and file various cases. better to consult an expert lawyer in his locality.

File missing complain of wife at local police station then file habeas corpus petition stating that the wife is missing and also make father in law respondent.

Prepare & File Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition. When the wife is found serve her notice along with copy of Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition.

second marriage when the previous marriage exists is bigamy. when you able to get the details then you can file case for bigamy and divorce under this ground. one can change the identy but not their parents or date of birth.
