If wife and husband both go for MCD and court grants it in the second motion. Later if wife changes her mind, is any option available to her? Through a higher court or anything else?

Mutual Consent Divorce is a compromise decree. The same can, therefore, be impeached by one of the parties on the ground that the consent was vitiated by fraud or coercion.
