me whi station pe 15 din tak stay kiya fir karaya cdr nikla wife ka usse maloom chla us larke ke sath stay kr rhi.police us larke ke ghow jake uske family pe presure bnaya to yha ane ke bd police bol rhe apko receiving krna hoga wife ko.judge ke samne khi mere sath rhna hai bole to apko rakhna prega. jubardasti bola ja rha.

fsend a legal notice first to your wife. see her reply. If no reply file a petition for restition of conjugal rights in family courts nearby

If she has gone with her ex take divorce from her legally.

Two things can be done in this case, either you can file for divorce on the grounds of adultery or you can file for restitution of conjugal rights in case you want to stay with your wife. Communicate with her regarding what she actually wants and then take the next step.
