wife and husband working in PSU

I'm working in PSU and my wife is also working in PSU as I got promoted to higher grade and been transferred to other state.and 6 months completed being far away from my wife and children and parents.and my wife PSU does not exist wer I'm posted.now I'm suffering a lot by staying away from all.i want to transfer to my wife working state .plz help me how should I approach and wat are the legal points to stay wife and husband at once place.

Write requisition letter to consider your problem to govt concerned authority to transfer you to the place or state we're she is working and residing with children.
