The answer is negative.

Facts of the case have been concealed hence no proper opinon can be formed and obliged.

This is the query: In a Hindu family, If the wife is not willing or agreeing for divorce, can she still claim a share in husband’s property, in his lifetime.

She can only claim if the husband dies intestate without making any arrangement on his properties.   Nominations in such cases prevail depending on circumstances and proceedings in such a divorce.

Why many a query? Please post the real issue, if any.

Hindu Succession Act, 1955 has specified legal representatives of a deceased person.
