every fundamental right is susbject to be restricted by procedure established by law.
Rather this section is there to protect fundamental rights of those in whose religion you have no faith. Such like protection is also available in theorcratic states.
It cannot be said to be blapsthemy law as it aims to protect religios feelings of all faith.
