I have a shop and there is a extension for the shop of a false shade from 2001 but recently i had extended it a little more with the owners declaration cum receipt.But my neighbour complained and i got a demolition after showing the same for the panchayat.now i have appealed for the same.what shall i do anty comments?

from your narrative, it appears that the extension done by you was illegal and not permissible and hence attracted the penality of demotion. defend your appeal on substantive grounds.

so now that i have got the demlolition what do i do is there any chance of winning if so how?
